Printing a Book Fold with Pictures or Tables without pictures or tables moving

I'm using Word 2007 and I have a document in book fold layout.  When I insert pictures or tables everything looks great in the Print Layout View and in the Print Preview.  When I print the doucment (hard copy or to a pdf) the pictures and tables move around the doucment.  The funny thing is if I back save it to a 97-2003 doc then everything prints just fine.
