Hyperlink to Place in the Document

Asked by jdana in Microsoft Word

Tags: Microsoft, Office 2003 (Word)

With one of the old versions of Word (v9 perhaps), I could insert a hyperlink, select "Place in this document", and the hyperlink dialog form would appear with my outline-based document in COLLAPSED format.  From there, I could easily expand the collapsed nodes to find the location of choice.  It worked well.  Now, with Word 2003 (v11) the hyperlink dialog form appears with my outline-based document in EXPANDED format (see attachment).  The expanded format makes the hyperlink tool useless to me.  Is there to make the dialog open in collapsed format?  Or, to collapsed it once opened?
