Steva,
Hello. Click on the Microsoft Office Button (upper left hand corner, next to save). At the bottom of that window, select word options. In the left pane of that window, select "Proofing". There is "custom dictionary". This brings up "Custom Dictionaries" and you can "Edit Word List" in there.
