I need to express the time in a mail merge as fifteen minutes earlier than the time field data from the database. Is this possible simply using the switches in Word mail merge and if so how?
I notify people to appear for appointments. The database must schedule the actual appointment time but I want my notification to indicate fifteen minutes earlier than that time. I use word 2003. Any suggestions.
