Simulating enter key in mail merge

hi guys, i have a mail merge question that i cannot figure out.
i have a first name, last name, joint first name, joint last name.
then i have the address portion
I just want to tell word to put the address on a new line if the joint first and last names are not empty.
Here is what i have so far but it doesn't work.
