Hi..... I have a user that gets this random scrolling up and down in Word 2003. I have replaced the keyboard, mouse and installed the latest intellimouse software. It is weird......
When it happens, she can walk away from the machine, and it will just randomly jump up and down the document...... Im not too sure if its the 'scroll' function of the mouse that is causing it, as it seems to jump much faster than you could scroll.... And replacing the mouse didnt fix anything. The problem happens a couple of times a week... So its not a showstopper, but am still unable to solve it..
I have tried both USB and PS/2 connections...... which didnt help..
Anyone had this happen before?
