My graphic images in word document turned into a BIG RED "X"

I copied text which contained graphic images (charts, histograms, nothing fancy).
I saw that the data was correctly pasted in the document.
Today I open the document and I see boxes with big red "X"'s.
- What causes this?
- How do I get my charts back?
- How do I ensure this never happens again?Start Free Trial
