When using Word 2007 I wish to have two lines that are 3 inches wide, such as for a signature line. Both 3 inch lines should be on the same line. When I type the line with underscore and after more than perhaps 2 inches display the line will automatically span the whole page left to right. How do I tell Word NOT to do this and ONLY show the length I wish to show?
