Automating The changes in a word document e.g. Date, Text etc.
Hi
I have a simple question. I want to enter text, date and other information on one page of a word document. Then i want the dates, text and other items that i enter to automatically change in the rest of the document.
e.g. I enter Date: November 12, 2008 on the title page of the document. I want this date to be changed in the rest of the document.
I enter "Microsoft word' on the title of the word document. I want this chnage to be done at all the places in the word document rather than doing individually.
Can anyone please how can this be accomplished ? How can it be linked to other places in document ?
