My users had me make them a macro that takes pictures they've inserted; redimmentions them and puts them into a table, so that they can write notes ne
when inserting pictures, the Compress Pictures thingie works good for us. However; it is cofsing for our users.
I want to incorporate it into my macro, but can't find it.
does anyone know of a way to do so?

Those were good links.
I also discovered last week that one of the problems we were having was that my picture mounting macro was still residing on an old .dot template. When i remade one based a .dotm template, it 'seems' to default to the 'automatically perform basic compression on save' option.
I haven't thrown it to the users yet, but i think that will make them happy. If not, now i can make the dialog box pop up for them.
