claude419,
A Word labels document is in fact only a defined table with data in it. Thus it should be easy to copy the whole Word table paste it into an Excel worksheet.
After that it is a matter of parsing each cell to separate out each element of the addresses.
If you do as I suggested earlier we can see if can provide you with macro to parse the addesses.

claude419,
As the addresses are confidential could you alter just a few of them (say 6) to make them anonymous, delete the rest, 'Save As' to a different file and then upload that file. We could then see the format of the data and hopefully suggest ways for you to make use of it in an Excel file.
Meantime have you tried selecting the whole data set, copying it and then pasting it directly into an Excel worksheet? You never know it mike work better than you expect.
