Conditional formatting in WORD 2007

I have a word document and would like to have a conditional formatting done based on a drop down menu in the 2nd column in the table.  Depending on the item in the drop down menu it would highlight the first column in the table.  The colors would be Red, Yellow, and Green.

Oops.
I have left an redundant Dim in the code.

Also I have not used the three colours that you want, but I think that you will know what to do.

I have attached the document and I'm not completely versed in programming in WORD.  I hope the doc makes sense.
