MS word 2003 PAGE UP / PAGE DOWN key not work - help help urgent
i have using office 2003 sp3 , i have work doc around 20 page , but ii doning to page 10, i press the Page down key move next page , but the key not fully work. i need using up and down key move down, pls help is any special setting change ....

1. Is it only reproducible after page 10?
Can you worked with Pg up/down keys for any other pages / any other software?
2. I may sound fumy. but please check if you have off num-lock if it's not working with any software.
3. If this is something fishy, could you please upload the doc. It's not clear if the issue is in hardware / software or some thing else with these information.

hmm its loking like a HW problem did you try to change keyboard fyzicaly? Some keybords need to use it with FN function. Do you have normla kebord or some special like multimeda?
