After upgrading a user from Office 2003 to 2007 Pro the user can't open a word attachment from an email. It just opens a blank word document. If the user saves the document and then double clicks the document then it still only opens a blank document. The file can be opened by opening word and then use file - open command. I have associated the .doc and .docx with word 2007. The OS is XP Pro sp3 and the pc is on a domain. Thanks for any ideas!
