Do a search on the old hard drive using Windows Explorer for files with the extension PST. Depending on operating system being used these will either be under the Windows\application data folder, or in a hidden directory off Documents and Settings. Having found these files (you will get an idea from the size of the file, and date last modified whether the file is likely to contain the data you need), copy them to an easily found place in your new hard drive (so that anything you do will not screw the original data) - I would create a folder off the root directory called oldemails, say. I would advise doing a backup of your current email store before import, just in case the import goes horribly wrong. Then go into Ouitlook and do a File Import, Messages, and point to the relevant PST file. Then import everything.
Please let us know how you get on. For future reference, you would get a bigger response by posting your question into Applications Email Outlook.
