What national settings are you using? Sometimes using metric measurements in the document cause problems when printing to printers working with inches....
Just a thought.

Browse All TopicsWhat is up with Wordperfect 12? We did not have these issues with older versions.
We never have printing issues with any of our other applications or email, just WordPerfect 12. In fact there seems to always be some issue with it for our users.
For no visible reason we have several users who get prompted when printing a document that the printer may not support the paper size.
The paper size is set to standard letterhead. Sometimes it prompts you, sometimes it does not. However there are certain documents it
happens all the time. So they have to say ok, then go to the printer and click on continue. Again, we are talking printing to standard paper sizes here, not some
unique papersize. We have tried old print drivers, new print drivers, this is occuring on HP Laserjet 4 plus printers that are connected to the network.
We have tried using Windows 98, Windows 2000 and Windows XP. Same problem.
If there are any environmental concerns in an area, the only app that will have problems is WordPerfect? I.E. marginal cable, long cable segment, electrical
interferance.
It seems that unless everything is absolutely perfect in the network environment, Wordperfect has issues, while none of our other apps, databases, emails ever give us any issues, especially in the printing area.

Are you using WP12 Templates, or are you using Templates that have been brought forward from previous versions? It might just explain why sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't.
