You might also check Startup. If WordPerfect is in Startup and you disable it the "error" message should go away.
Click Start then select Run.
In the Run box type MSCONFIG and then select Ok.
Locate the Startup tab.
If there are entries for Wordperfect, uncheck them and reboot.
At the next log on you will see a notification that MSCONFIG was ran.
Check the lower left box and you will not receive this notification any longer.
