windows installer pop up error

I am working on a computer that on each start up displays a windows installer error "Word Perfect Office 12" "The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available" Insert the Word Perfect Office 12 disk and click OK"
I don't have a Word Perfect Office Disk. How can I make this annoying pop up go away?

Have you tried the Windows Installer Cleaner Utility?  Described here:

You might also check Startup. If WordPerfect is in Startup and you disable it the "error" message should go away.
Click Start then select Run.
In the Run box type MSCONFIG and then select Ok.
Locate the Startup tab.
If there are entries for Wordperfect, uncheck them and reboot.
At the next log on you will see a notification that MSCONFIG was ran.
Check the lower left box and you will not receive this notification any longer.

try to run app "runas administrator" see if it asks for the media ?

That did the trick. Thanks! WordPerfect 12 was not in "startup" in msconfig.
