We're a small business with a variety of forms that are submitted by employees. We have a SBS 2003 server and employ the Companyweb sharepoint solution, but are looking for an effective method of form submission.
Ideally the employee would fill out the doc, hit submit/send/etc. and a copy of the document would be emailed to a user. We aren't interested in using a form on companyweb only because I don't want people to be able to view each others "time off" forms and such.
I was asked to simply put up a fillable PDF for others to fill out and save to their desktop, so they can email it out, but there must be a better way.
Any suggestions?
