Excel 2007 - Office Button not working normally.

The Office 2007 button (top left) on one of our PCs is not working. When you hover over it you get the help message about how to save files etc. , but when you click on it nothing happens. We are fairly new to supporting 2007 and this one has us stumped.  Start Free Trial
