Hi Folks -
I work for a small company that is slowly growing larger (about 60 seats today, about 80 by year's end) and we are in need of a basic help desk ticketing application. I've tried Ilient's SysAid and found it to be too buggy and complicated to move forward with... does anyone have any experience with any other simple and free or nearly free help desk applications that they can recommend? I'd prefer recommendations from folks who have actually used what they are recommending (I can use Google to find apps too folks :). Thanks in advance for your recommendations!
