Helpdesk and Inventory Solutions for Outsourced IT Company

Hi,

We as a company are looking to change the way we log calls, update our clients about progress and track issue status but keep it within the restraints of a small budget.

Everything we've seen so far has been tailored to internal support and inventory tracking has been limited to the local network, or the software has been highly inflexible.



What are you using to log calls and inventory your customers networks? Any software you feel needs a recommendation?

IT really comes down to how large your company is and how many sites you manage.  We do ticketing for over 250 sites and keep track of there IT inventory. We use BMC AR System with there service desk suite which allows us to track different companies, sites, assets, and much much more all from a unified management console. We highly recommend it.  We'd be more then glad to go over the use of it as a solution for you if you so desire. Just let us know!!!
