you can use programs such as poweriso to use iso image. they provide avirtual driver and you can do whatever you want.

Daemon Tools will allow you to mount the ISO as a Virtual Drive and it's free: http://www.disk-tools.com/download/daemon

Daemon Tools Lite is Free I meant to say.

You can also use programs like:
WinRar and the newest version of WinZIP
To extract the contents of the ISO image to space on your computer.
And then launch (or) install from there.

If you already have either one of them installed.
Right click on the file and choose [Extract]
