The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it.
I get an error while trying to both update and uninstall a program that tells me that the installation source is not available. I have disabled AV and even downloaded the package from my server onto my physical computer and it still tells me the source is not available. I download the Installer Cleanup from Microsoft and ran it but that really appears to be just for MS Office and this program that I am trying to install is not MS Office. Does anyone have any ideas?

What program is it? The vendor should have manual uninstall instructions that probably would require registry changes.
