Ok, one of the secretaries in my facility has a shared printer that is utilized by about 10 different people. These people tend to forget they have printed things, so she brings it to them. . . . if she can figure out who printed what!? I tried event viewer to see if I could see the users, but it only says "SYSTEM" under the user tab unless it is her. If there a freeware or cheap software that can tell her who is printing to it and when they printed? Maybe keep a record of it and what they printed or how many pages it was? I'm open to alternate ideas, but I need something to help her out. Please advise. . .
