GOOGLE CALENDAR SYNC

When one of our users installed Google Calendar Sync, there was not an option to just install for current user.  Rather it installed for all users.  Problem now is, when other users login they are prompted for a password to the Google Calendar Sync.   How can we limit the application to just one specific user account?   Running Windows XP
