Dear Xtry,
This issue may occur when you install Microsoft Office 2003 before you install Microsoft Project 2003.
Microsoft Project 2003 uses its own version of the Oclncore.opc file.
The Microsoft Project 2003 version of the Oclncore.opc file may cause problems with Office 2003.
