ProjectServer on SBS2003

I've got Windows Server 2003 for Small Business Server (SP1) with SQL Server 2000 (SP3) and I'm trying to install Project Server 2003. Right now I even cannot finish instalation, it's stopping and rolling back. It's something with user's rights I thing. It was working before and after fresh instalation I couldn't connect to Project Server from Project Professional 2003. I've read that Microsoft doesn't support PS2003 on SBS2003. Is there any additional program I can buy to make it work? Maybe it's good to buy f.e. SQL 2005? Or something else?
