I've been assigned to be the Project Mgr. for our 1st use of MS Project. My boss and I attended a 2 day seminar on Project and both of us came away still a bit confused. The project I have to build is going to be very basic. It will have each portion of the project, starting with Construction and it's elements, the office furniture, etc. I'm looking for a GOOD source to help me build this project. I'm awarding lots of points to hopefully get good advice.
