Project 2007 configures every time Outlook 2003 is opened

Hello,

I have Office 2003 installed and Project 2007 on a WINXP pro SP2 Machine. Every time I open outlook 2003 a 'Configuring project 2007' dialog box comes up. It takes about 5 mins to configure then goes away. Happens every time I open outlook 2003. I have read a few forums on running office 2003 and 2007 on the same machine with a similar configuring dialog box coming up but have not found anything regarding outlook 2003 and project 2007.

Any help would be great!
