How do I fix Project Web Acess (PWA) site: Access Denied error to any AD Domain Account.

When trying to access Project Web Access (PWA) site https:, receiving Access Denied message.  This also occurs when trying to login with any domain or local admin account.  Receiving Application Event log error Event ID:6058  Source:  Office Share Point Server  Failed to get language information for Project Server

There are no Security errors or other Event Log errors.  It appears that the accounts are successfully authenticating in the Security logs but we still receive the Access Denied message and the above listed application error when trying to access the PWA site .Start Free Trial
