Import Project tasks into Outlook

I tried exporting of project tasks into an excel and then importing them into outlook, as suggested in the related question; it works only for tasks with single-line notes.  If you have multi-line notes, it just shows the first line and then '...'.  do you have any solution?

Both the above links aren't suiting my requirements.  While it's important to get the tasks from project into outlook, none of the task notes should be lost.  

The utility I downloaded above does export the tasks, but misses out on task notes.  In fact, I'd better solution before:-), which is to export the Project tasks to excel (using maps), and then export tasks from excel into outlook.  Not only is this tedious, but the major issue here is that the notes get exported, only if they're a single line.  If they're multi-line notes, they just appear as '...' in the outlook task notes.

Do anyone have a solution for this?

I interpreted your last reply as inability to easily get the complete notes in excel.

I think you need better tool to export the notes part of your project file.
Steelray Project Viewer is one such tool. What you need to do is install this and then open your MPP file using Steelray Project Viewer. You can add column as Text1 and map it to Notes column of your mpp file.

Then export the file to excel using menu option.
See the file attached in excel form extracted.

Thank you for the reply.  I haven't really tried it yet, but it looks a little drag to me.  So, let me make my end goal little more clearer to you.  MY end goal is to import the tasks from Microsoft project into the Microsoft outlook.  

The entire idea about importing into excel and then exporting to outlook is a work-around (which doesn't work very well for me, but then I didn't have a better choice).  Now that, you have a solution (which I haven't really tried it yet) to solve the excel part of it, let me ask you this.  Do you have any solution to achieve my end goal, without getting into this excel business?

you cannot export notes with line breaks. it will always add the ...
