Project Server Migration from SQL Server Backup & Recovery

Hi

I am wondering if someone guide me the process / steps follow to migrate our Project server sites from one envinoment to another.
We wana use Sql Server backup /Recovery method for it not Central admin.
Please guide me what steps i should to complete a sucessful migration.
