sql data driven flowchart

I have a MS SQL database (SQL Server 2005 EE) that contains tasks.  Tasks can be dependent on other tasks where a task may not be able to begin until another task has been completed.  I am trying to find a way to represent these tasks, which are changing all the time, graphically, perhaps in flowchart form.  I've attached a diagram of what I'm looking to create.  I'm open to any technologies and I've been experimenting with SSRS and Visio up to now.
