Project Server 2003: can't adjust actuals or change any working time

Where do I make updates or change information that can be displayed in the adjust actuals or view resource assignments web pages of PWA?

I have a project names Tproject. This project only has 1 task with me assigned to it. I have went into Project Professional connected to the project server, updated my task as 100% complete. (It even shows a blue check mark next to the task)

However now when I navigate through PWA, and go to the resource center, then select adjust actuals I do not see my task as 100% complete, nor can I adjust the actual time.

I cant adjust actuals on any project at all

Any idea what I am doing wrong?
