Good web-based programme/project management solution

Hi

I'm looking for a good web-based programme or project management solution than can be installed locally (i.e. not hosted). I would prefer an open source product should one be suitable.

I've struggled to find anything that will produce Gantt charts as well as basic project management tools. Are there any suggestions?
