Project server 2007 open project box modification
HI i wants to modify infeact add a column to project open box in project professional 2007, so idea is we have CSR makes the projects and scheduler schedules the project, somehow scheduler should be notified that project is made tasks are added... and now scheduler can begin scheduling the resources on the task.. and once she is done scheduling... so that she dont get overwhlemed which one she was done shelding and which one are remaining there should be some visiblility i have an idea in mind, i am open to get other odeas from you.. look at the picture attached is it possible to add a column to open box and have it look like this.

yes all you have to do is go to the library that has all of those files in it. Click on settings and library settings. Scroll about half way down the page there is a column section. Click create new column. Call it scheduled and make it a choice column. The put yes and no as choices and default choice as no. Final step would be to check the little box that says add to all views and thats it your done!
do you know which library file it is, and where its located? if you can give me some tech steps will be great...
