QuickBooks 2007 Crashing when trying to do an online transfer

We are using Quickbooks 2007. When we do an online transfer between our accounts it starts to transmit the information then the program just shuts down. It dosent matter if we do this in single user mode or multi user mode and we have tried this on different machines and it does the same thing. All computers are running Windows XP Pro SP3.
