With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. Define Number of Lines in Text box

Hallo everyone!

I've got to create an official letter model for my company, using Word 2003.
I'm almost done . . . The document is protected and all textboxes needed are in their place.
One for authors adress, one for the recievers and one textbox for the content.
Now the last one mentioned is my problem:
If there are more than 40 lines in this textbox the 41st, 42nd, . . . will disappear below the footer.
I would need to somehow define the textbox to allow only a max. of 39 linechanges.
defining the number of characters won't help as the style has to be Arial.

Does anyone know where i could find the setting needed?
i would alternatively use a makro for this operation (even though I ain't got experience with Makros)
