Converting Notepad to Excel using VBA

I have a notepad that I want to convert into excel. The notepad is structured in this way,

I want to convert this notepad content into excel with columns,
Field, Short Description, Long Description, Source, Pos, Len

"Field" is always starting with HCY- and it starts at position 1 in the notepad.
"Short Description" is the first line under the "Description" text and always starts at position 35 in the notepad.
"Long Description" is the 2 lines that follow the "short description" tex in the notepad and it also starting at position 35 in the notepad.
"Source" is the last line under "Description" in the notepad and is also starting at position 35 in the notepad.
"Pos" is the value (number) at position 70 in the notepad
"Len" is the value (number) at position 80 in the notepad.

As you can see, there are additional blank lines and other lines (Page 1, Page 2, etc) that I want to exclude in the output.

Please help how I can achieve this and convert this notepad into excel.
