Dropdown list with multiple selection in Excel VBA

Experts, I would like to create a list in a UserForm using Excel VBA that fulfills the following requirements:

a) allow multiple selections,
b) only allow items contained within existing list,
c) scroll within list using dropdown menu.

Is there a way to create a list that does all of the above?

I tried to use a combobox, but it does not allow multiple selections.
So I tried using a listbox, but it defaults to using a vertical scroll bar to scroll through the existing list. I didn't find a way to change the scroll option to dropdown menu.
