Highlight rows in Excel 2007 when certain text is in a cell.

I have a spreadsheet with columns as the categories for data (i,e. name, position, status, ect.).  I would like to highlight the ROWS in red that have "No" in column H and highlight the ROWS in green that have "Yes" in column H.  Also having the functionality for that change to occur once the term "Yes" or "No" is entered and having only columns A through I highlighted as the result.  Is there any way to have this occur in a conditional format in 2007?  I am looking for the simplistic way to accomplish this task...thanks for the help.  (FYI...beginner in VBA)Start Free Trial
