check if cell is not blank and if is not then add a constant

I would like a sub that will go over cells a worksheet (or in a specified number of columns in a worksheet) and
1) check if there is a number in the cell
if there is then
2) add a constant.

 Some cells will be blank and I do not want to add anything to those cells, they are to stay blank.
