The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. Hello,
I need a macro to automate an Excel spreadsheet.
I will start off with raw data in this form:

I need to get them in the form that I am attaching:

I am pasting in Column A which is the most important one. If I could get this I could make the rest work.

So I need to take the raw data and have it cascade into what you see.
First it will always start with the work SUMMARY then a ^ and then title up to 16 characters of whatever is giving.
Second Line be the First Line and then a ^ and then the first 11 characters of the Title given with "ADV" added.
Third line will have the Second Line and then a ^ and then the number
Fourth Line will be exactly like the Fourth just with a different number.

Facts:
I only have 16 characters to use for the Title in Column A  and C. In column D I can use the full title.
You may have noticed the second half is just like the first except thet "ADV" has been replaced with "ELIM".
