Export and save Excel file by Criteria

The attached code works great without question:
It chunks up excel using each CustomerID in the table. Curently uses supplies the "Begin and End date"
and the code sort data by group then chunk the group data and store it using the customer name

In one of my posts, I received assistance where PARAMETERS for "Start and End Dates" was added to a query object which are later passed to an outside code in the On Click event of a form.

What I have now done was added one more parameter to be passed to your assisted code. This parameter would
additionally pass the Customer's last name and FistName to the outside On Click code from the query object.

PARAMETERS [BeginDate] DateTime, [EndDate] DateTime, [LastName] Text(255), [FirstName] Text(255);

In form "frmExport" I created a combo in addition to the Start / End date text fields such that user can select a customer name the type the Start date End Date and the on click code will export Excel files to a sub directory folder using the selected customer name from the COMBO.

All I need now is to modify the current (ATTACHED CODE) that would utilize the data that will be extracted from the modified query object for:
Customer name, and....
Start and Date

......and pass the extracted data to the outside code.
