The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. How can I reduce workbook save time?

My workbook contains upwards of 25 worksheets (1 of them with hundreds of cells containing conditional formatting and at least 6 of them dependent on data from each other), 1200 named ranges and constants, 8 2-page wizards, and 9600+ lines of code. The file save time is around 8-10 seconds.

QUESTION:
A number of constants are defined in the code. Some, like this example (Const FINAL_COL = 251) are defined 20 separate times. If I did an "Insert Name" to define a constant once for each of these multiply-defined constants could it reduce the save time for the workbook? In order to help me understand, could you define your answer beyond a simple yes or no?
