The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. how to Do a lookup between two ranges of data

In the attached spreadsheet i Have two sheets in the first one i have highlighted the
price of fuel per week in california
 $4.964
 $5.026
 $5.001
 $4.928
 $4.922
 $4.969
 $4.992
 $5.027
 $5.027
 $4.737
 $4.547
 $4.382
 $4.390
 $4.317
 $4.234
 $4.118
 $4.112

In the sheet called FSC MATRIX I have the ranges of data and the fuel surcharge that applies
i.e.
if the fuel is  $4.964  i go to the table and see that for the range
Between  $4.930        and  $4.989              the fuel surcharge that applies is  $0.63

i don't want to do this manually is there a way to do this automatically or with a formula or macro?
