VBA script to rename file after macro is run?

Hello all, I have two macro questions

1) How to run a macro automatically (auto_open I think?) on a spreadsheet if the macro is located on another spreadsheet?
2) Once the macro is run on the spreadsheet I need a vba script or something that will save the file with another filename and just save it in any location I choose (for now the my docs folder is fine)
