Creating a reminder in excel

I have an excel sheet with employer details on it, however each employee when they recomend a friend to the company gets a substantial amount for there recomendation. I will like to be able to get a reminder snet either by email Alert or any other means possible to let me know that the payment for that employee is due, maybe two days prior to the due date. Please as anyone got any idea I can do this in excel or if there any other way of me going about thisStart Free Trial
