I have created formulas for each product with a hard coded % of Sales. These are set within Filed settings to just show " Product x", note space at the front as the formula name is the same without the space. There is also a formula called Products set as '= 0'. this also set within filed settings to get rid of the 'Sum of...'.
I have set the number format so that zeros are shown as blank. This could also be achieved in the sheet Options by hiding zeros.
Please note the formulas are hard coded to the percentages you specified in the assumptions. These can not be set to reference a range but would only need to be changed in each formula if so required, ie not every occurence within the table.

You will need to add the Product information to the data and then use those values in the data section of the Pivot Table. See attached
