Security for excel spreadsheet

I need to place and excel spreadsheet on a website and other places for viewing to allow customers and salespeople to have access to changing data.  How do a secure that the spreadsheet cannot be changed, printed or copied?

There is nothing that I know of that can prevent something from being "changed, printed or copied" once you put it on the internet, especially on a public web site.
Yes, the printed or copied aspect is not really achievable unless you find some obscure workaround. But to prevent it from being changed, you can highlight all cells (top left corner, where the column headers and row headers meet), right click and select Properties. Under the security tab you can check the box for "Locked".

Then, after saving that property, click on the Review ribbon. You can protect the workbook with a password. Then it can only be edited if you know the password.

This will not, however, keep someone from copying and pasting into a new workbook.

Thank you everyone for your help.  Let me ask the question differently, if I don't put it on the web and I put it on a shared hard drive can I secure it from printing and copying?  if I keep it in the business access only?
